Track Your Order

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email or shown in your order details where available.

How to Track

Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. For international shipments, the same tracking number may also be checked through the destination postal service, courier website or a global tracking platform.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take several days to appear or update after dispatch, especially for international shipments. This does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows attempted delivery, customs hold, address issue or pending collection, please contact the local carrier as soon as possible. Some parcels may be returned if they are not collected within the carrier’s holding period.
