The process is built to avoid blind production. We first define the fitment problem, then decide whether scan, CAD, 3D print or tooling is the right path.
Review
Vehicle details, photos, sample part, problem area and quantity target.
Develop
CAD, scan, dimensional reference or fitment refinement where suitable.
Prototype
Test samples for shape, installation, clearance and real-world usability.
Produce
Small-batch 3D print production or injection mold tooling if justified.
What we need from you.
Better project information allows faster assessment and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.
- Vehicle details: make, model, year, market and trim where relevant.
- Photos or sample reference: original part, broken part, installation area or target design.
- Fitment problem: what the part must solve, replace, hold, cover or improve.
- Quantity target: one-off, small batch, workshop quantity or production run.
- Material / finish expectation: printed functional part, cosmetic finish, heat exposure or tooling target.
- Intended use: personal vehicle, workshop repair, resale product or distributor project.

NOVATRUM does not accept every custom request. We prioritise projects with clear fitment value, realistic production requirements, and suitable automotive or commercial potential.
