If a product is listed with an incorrect price, incorrect description or obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order before shipment. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued where applicable.

Fitment Responsibility
Vehicle names, model names and manufacturer references are used to indicate compatibility only. If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle, please contact us before ordering and provide clear information and photos where needed.
Installation
Some products may require careful installation, adjustment, trimming or professional fitting. Unless specifically stated, installation tools and instructions may not be included. Professional installation is recommended where the customer is not familiar with automotive parts fitting.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs charges, taxes and local fees are not included unless specifically stated. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country or region.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment if the cancellation request is received in time. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy.
Limitation of Liability
NOVATRUM is not liable for indirect losses, installation costs, repair costs, vehicle downtime, penalties, legal compliance issues or damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or incompatible application.
