NOVATRUM ships orders using tracked services where available. Shipping options, cost and delivery speed may vary by destination, product size, product weight and courier availability.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during peak periods, holidays, stock transfer periods or when additional fitment confirmation is required.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on destination country, selected shipping method, customs clearance and local carrier handling. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
- Standard international shipping: usually 10–25 working days
- Express shipping: usually 5–10 working days where available
- Remote area, customs-delayed or carrier-delayed shipments may take longer
Customs, Import Duty and Tax
Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes and local handling charges are not included unless clearly stated. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country, courier or local postal service.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 working days with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged product so we can review the case.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.
