Returns & Refunds
Automotive accessories require careful fitment checking before purchase. Please review the return policy below and contact us before sending any item back.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. All returns must be approved by NOVATRUM before the item is shipped back.
Return Authorization Required
Please contact returns@novatrumauto.com before returning any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Condition
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in original packaging where applicable. Products that have been installed, modified, painted, trimmed, scratched, damaged or used are not eligible for return unless the issue is confirmed to be our error.
Fitment Review
If you believe a product does not fit, please contact us with your order number, product link, vehicle details where relevant and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the case before confirming the next step.
Return Shipping Cost
Unless the return is caused by our confirmed error, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items, modified items, installed items, clearance items and products damaged by incorrect installation are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
